VersaMC utilizes a team approach where medical, fitness, and coaching professionals work together to help a player accelerate their game and play injury free. Working closely with our Physiotherapy team, our Strength and Conditioning Coaches’ approach your program design armed with information acquired from functional movement screens, detailed biomechanical assessments, and data from 3D motion analysis. This allows for optimal personalization of your program as they relate to your performance goals and injury prevention. Quantifying your movement initially, and then throughout your program also allows us to objectively measure your progress and insures you are on the desired trajectory towards your performance goals. VersaMC is proud to collaborate with head Strength and Conditioning Coach of COGO fitness, Franco Gomez. Franco brings both passion and extensive knowledge in helping rotational power athletes excel in their disciplines. His commitment to continuously learning and perfecting his craft, along with his genuine passion for seeing his client’s deliver both in sport and life make him an obvious choice for the VersaMC team.

Preventative Treatment

Versa MC physiotherapist Evan Baldwin treats a wide range of sport related injuries using a variety of techniques. He believes in a hands on approach to making meaningful changes in your movement patterns, meanwhile prescribing specific exercises to ensure the best results. There are a number of treatment techniques available including:
