During this one-hour physiotherapy private session, Andrea will work one-on-one with you to complete a comprehensive assessment of your flexibility, including: fascial mobility, nerve mobility, breathing control, joint range of motion, and muscle stretch tolerance. This session has a focus on increasing flexibility safely. You will be provided with a printed flexibility handbook that includes the following sections: - Summary of flexibility assessment findings - Physiology of flexibility restrictions - Self-tracking tools for flexibility training and progress in flexibility - Detailed photos and descriptions of flexibility exercises Following assessment, you will be provided with a personalized flexibility training program to help you reach your flexibility goals such as: - Improvement of splits flexibility - Increased back extension flexibility - Improvement of leg extensions Please wear fitted attire to allow for precise assessment of flexibility, and arrive 15-20 minutes early to your appointment time so that you can warm up comfortably.
