Dance Performance Physiotherapy
During this one-hour physiotherapy private session, Andrea will work one-on-one with you to complete a comprehensive assessment of your overall strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. This session has a focus on stamina, muscle control, and injury prevention. Your dance technique and stamina will be assessed in our dedicated dance area with marley sprung floor and barre. You will be provided with a personalized home exercise program to help you reach your technique-based dance goals, which could include: - Improved turn-out control - Foundational strength for achievement of complex turns - Improved pointe work stamina and ankle stability
